Breath to Body Sessions are personalized, virtual Pilates experiences curated for YOU.
I use Pilates as the foundation, but the focus is on how you move, how you breathe, and how everything works together. Most importantly, how your breath connects to your spine, which is the structure that supports your entire nervous system.
This is what makes these sessions different. And why one personalized session usually creates shifts that group classes can't.
You also get a personalized video recording afterward, so you can keep practicing what we discover.
Each 60-minute session:
Starts with a quick check-in so I understand what you need
Moves into breathwork to help you settle and connect
Builds spinal awareness through breath-synced movement — your spine is the foundation of how your whole body organizes
Flows into a full Pilates session tailored specifically to you
Closes with guided breathwork so you actually land
You will also receive a video recording of your session(s) to go back to again and again, deepening the impact of this curated experience. Helping you embody the lessons.
