BREATH-TO-BODY - a one-to-one, virtual session where we take the time to actually to work with your body.
We use Pilates as the foundation, but the focus is on how you move, how you breathe, and how everything works together.
Kelsey specializes in helping people reconnect their breath to their core, which fixes the cascade of compensation patterns most people develop. This is why one session with personalized attention creates shifts that group classes can't.
Each 60-minute session:
Starts with a quick check-in so I understand what you need
Moves into breathwork to help you settle and connect
Flows into a full Pilates session tailored specifically to you
Closes with guided breathwork so you actually land
You will also receive a video recording of your session to go back to again and again, deepening the impact of this curated experience. Helping you embody the lessons.
