is a movement educator and founder of KW Well and Move with Studio, and the creator of Return to the Core, a Pilates-rooted journey that helps people build strength, awareness, and inner trust through embodied practice.
Lissa Sandler
is the founder of Inner Guided and has spent a decade helping people reconnect with their Inner Voice, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate self-trust through meditation, sound healing, and intuitive guidance.
Together, they bridge body-based wisdom and inner listening in a grounded, accessible way.
